Last weekend Shane and I escaped for a mini vacation to Jewitt, Illinois. Truly a getaway since we never got on a computer, went to a store or even went to a restaurant. Just lots of time spent with Shane's family and home cooking. I finally got to put faces with stories of Shane's summers as a kid. Shane's cousin Kyle got married, so went up there for that and had a great time. (Doesn't Shane look shnazzy in his tie!!!)
