Adeline turned 4!!

Last Saturday we celebrated our little girl turning 4! Can hardly believe it, but we had a whole day of fun fun! We started the day with a big ole' plate of pancakes from IHOP. We gave her our present which was twin babies. As you can tell Adam thinks the boy baby is his. He just assumes that if Adeline gets something then so does he! (I am pretty sure he thought this whole princess party was for him:) Grandparents came later and then we headed to her princess party at Central Cheer. It is this great place here in San Marcos where Adeline goes to class on Tuesdays. They had a huge gym all to theirselves. Trampolines, music, a pit to jump in, friends, and lots of cake! Who could ask for more! There was an overflow of kids and parents and family everywhere! It really was a blast. It was my first whole day of feeling pretty well also (Thank you Jesus!) Adeline is so proud of being 4! At 4 she has learned how to swing by herself, do endless amount of tricks on the trampoline, spell her name, writing her letters and spelling her name all of the time, she has an unbelievable amount of songs in her memory, she loves her brother so very much (of course they fight, but truly they are very best friends), her heart is so sweet. We are continually working on making good choices, but I can tell you at age 4 she has already grasped so much of freedom that comes with obedience and the love her Jesus has for her. Her mom has been going through a very hard season in life and my little mini-me is teaching me so much. The joys that are around us all of the day. I honestly can't remember life before 4 years ago and I am so thankful for this sweet spirit in our home. Blessed!!
